At Avenoir, we are committed to providing premium-quality intimate wear. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have the following policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, panties, bodysuits, shapewear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• The wrong item
• A missing item

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
